This session will demystify the complexities surrounding insurances and it will even look at how multiple areas of one policy can come under one claim. This session will also explore real scenarios and will explain how a PM can facilitate a claim on behalf of their owners and successfully manage expectations at the same time. It will also arm PMs with the tools needed to effectively communicate appropriate insurance needs to the landlord.

This session explores all aspects of marketing and the correlation it has with property management success.
