As a property manager, you're almost always likely to face questions or objections from both the landlord and tenant. Whether it's regarding routine maintenance, emergency repairs, lease renewals or property vacancies, you need to be confident in your responses. Often the key to overcoming these objections is understanding why the client has the objection in the first place. During this interactive session Kasey will share with you why it is important to educate both landlord and tenant from the outset and provide scripts & dialogue examples to assist you in becoming better negotiators."
